My had an 06 R1, and My brother picked up a semi new 07. I've been working on them lately (they suck), but we do need a section.

It weighs about 320 lbs, cranks out 230 hp, costs over a million bucks, and most of the time is piloted by the world's greatest rider. What was Yamaha thinking letting a moto-journo even touch, much less ride, Rossi's M1?

there will be no yamaha, suzuki, or kawi section on this site and i"m thinking about canning the MV and aprillia sections as well. we'll see. I like honda and ducati, and that is why they are represented here.

THE END

The way I read it was that this would be a track junkie site, which I thought was an awesome idea. Its your site and you can make it a teletubbies sight if that was your wishes, but i.m.h.o. I think giving the suzuki, yamaha, and kawi guys a spot would help have more traffic and make it funner. Not trying to step on anyones toes just giving my two cents

the bigger group you shoot for it makes it less specialized. I'm trying to explain it, hold on.

the forum list will get WAY too long, yes I'm here for track, race addicts who race track ducs and hondas. there is a reason i like these two companies. in general both owner groups vary largely from the other groups for similar reasons. build quality and what they are known for. ducs are a high end bike known for their detail and hondas have always been known for great build quality. both companies over the years have come out with ground braking bikes and not just standard inlines. The owners of both groups tend to be more mature (in general), and tend to have a lot less squids in their ranks. I have a general section both for info and pics, classifieds etc for other brands if you so wish. I WILL NOT expand beyond that for other brands at this point in time simply cuz it will take away from my original intention of this site which was for the two red companies I like so much.

Yamaha section or not, the lack of posts about how to install swingarm extentions or how to do stoppies and wheelies is good to me.
